David was so full of vitality, energy, fun and laughter and such a strong presence. You always knew when David was in the room. His opinions were usually large and animated - he was never one for sitting on the fence - but he was always a good listener too. So caring and kind and thoughtful and interested in you. From Poynton to the Pyrenees and Portugal to Palau - such happy memories of times spent together. Such happy memories of a wonderful man. He is greatly missed by all of us.
